THE DINOS FOOTBALL 5TH QUARTER HAS 3 MAIN FUNCTIONS
REVENUE GENERATION
The 5th Quarter is committed to providing financial support to the Dino’s Football Program in excess of the funds allocated by the University of Calgary and Dino’s Athletics. This support is directed towards building Endowment funds for both Scholarships and Operating, along with providing annual operating funds as needed. Fundraising activities include the annual Dino’s 5th Quarter Dinner, working a two-day Casino approximately every 18 months. We are constantly looking for new revenue generation opportunities and welcome any suggestions you might have. Please contact us with your ideas.
ORGANIZING ALUMNI SOCIAL EVENTS
These events are organized specifically for alumni and represent and opportunity to get together and catch-up with old teammates. Events include the AGM, pre-game “tailgates”, supporting the team from the stands.
The 5th Quarter works hard to provide opportunities for alumni to reconnect and to keep in touch with the current Dino’s Football team and their progress. Regular in season email updates and this website are two ways in which we do this.
