Dear Dinos Supporters, Alumni and Fans,
Thank you all for supporting the Dinos Football Program through your purchase of a Dinos 5Q NFL Pool ticket. The Alumni and Fans of the Dinos are a great asset to the success of the Dinos Football Program, and we would like to maintain and continue to grow support for the Dinos Football Program. Unfortunately, the developments in the NFL off season pertaining to the Players Lockout created a tight timeline in addition to concern from ticket buyers and sellers in the event of a lockout. As a result the minimum amount of sold tickets was not met by the deadline put forth by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC), thus we regrettably have decided to issue a full refund for the tickets and cancel the 2011 NFL Pool.
All efforts are being made to return funds as soon, and smooth as possible to the addresses provided on the tickets purchased. All refunds are expected to be mailed by October 15, 2011 or sooner. Communication will be forthcoming to address any concerns in regards to receiving the refund. On behalf of the Dinos Fifth Quarter Association we apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your support in this unfortunate situation.
