JOSH MACDONALD

Q: What years did you play as a Dino?

JM: I red shirted in 2006 due to the CIS transfer rule. I played in 2007 & 2008.

Q: What position did you play?

JM: I played defensive line

Q: What is your favourite memory of your time with the Dinos?

JM: My favourite memories as a Dino:

·First was my first game suited up against SFU in SFU – 5 tackles, one fumble recovery and I split my forehead open during the game.

·Next was playing & winning the Can West Final in 2008 (the after party was pretty fun too)

·Saving the best for last – preparing for the national semi finals in 2008.

Q: Have you been involved in football in any capacity since you graduated?

JM: Since I graduated I've been helping the Dinos from a coaching standpoint. I have also been helping to run the inaugural NFL Pool sales, which will hopefully become a major staple in our fundraising, along with the 5th Quarter and Dinos athletics with the game day promotions and season ticket sales. During the 2009 season I will be assisting Mitch Beazer with the D line. Of course, I'm sure I will be helping the alumni in the upcoming years with new and great ideas!

Q: What are you doing now?

JM: I am presently working for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I am climbing the corporate ladder at a fast pace, making a name for myself! It should come as no surprise to those who know me that I’ve been leading all of my teams to financial success!!

Q: Do you have a family and/or kids now?

JM: The majority of my Family are living in PEI. I do not have kids that I know about. I'm pretty sure I'm not married... wait... No, I'm not

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share with other alumni?

JM: I have been a team leader on two different CIS Football teams which were ranked in the top 7 of the Country. I will strive for success and excellence in what ever I do. I'm looking forward to working with all of you in the future while establishing the number one Program in the nation.
