CRAIG HARRISON
Q: What years did you play as a Dino?
CH: 1986 – 1991 (I think? Damn that’s a long time ago!)
Q: What position did you play?
CH: Slotback/Fullback
Q: What is your favourite memory of your time with the Dinos?
CH: 1988 Vanier was an amazing year! What we accomplished as a team had an incredible impact on us all … the locker room “discussions” were outstanding – what a time!
Q: Have you been involved in football in any capacity since you graduated?
CH: I had the privilege of playing in the CFL for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, guest coach for U of C for a number of years, board of directors for the 5th Quarter for over 10 years – organized the Alumni game. Will get back into it when the Harrison boys are ready to play!
Q: What are you doing now?
CH: I’m currently the Canadian Sales Manager for Peloton Computer Ent. – Software development company for Oil & Gas Industry … still trying to get the Geremia brothers to get off their wallets!! – you guys can reach me at: craigh@peloton.com
Q: Do you have a family and/or kids now?
CH: Wife Karen (played U of C Volleyball) married 12 years, son Caine (7), son Carter (4).
Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share with other alumni?
CH: played with supersonic Tim Karbonik, but … there was no comparison to Craig Harrison!! Kevin Kazan (The King) was a great to play with – I was right side (of course!). Moving to fullback was the start of the “robo-back” days with Zimmer (true warrior and brother). What an amazing crew we had, stay in touch fellas!
